How to Enter a Correct UK Phone Number

For CarVision to send messages via WhatsApp, the phone number must be a valid UK number, meaning:

  • The number must be 11 digits long.
  • It must start with a 0 followed by the correct digits (e.g., mobile numbers start with 07).


Correct UK Phone Number Format:
  • ✅ 07123456789 – This is a valid UK number.


Incorrect Phone Number Formats:
  • ❌ 7123456789 – Missing the leading 0.
  • ❌ 0712345678 – Only 10 digits instead of 11.
  • ❌ 00123456789 – Should not start with 00.


Make sure to double-check the number before sending, as incorrect numbers will prevent messages from being delivered.

How to Enter a Correct Email Address

When sending messages via email, it’s important that the Customer email field is filled in with a valid email address format. Here’s what makes an email valid:

  • The email must include an @ symbol.
  • It must have a domain name after the @ (e.g., gmail.com).
  • It must include a valid extension (e.g., .com, .co.uk, .net).
